Cancellation Policy
- Canceling is as Fast and easy as booking one. We would love to host you, but our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds in case your plans change.
- Without an proper ID card of All Adult Guests, Check-in may be restricted. No Refund in this case.
- 30 days or more prior to arrival: 5% of the total booking amount will be charged. 29-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

14-07 days prior to arrival: No Refund in this case. Only date changes are possible, Subject to availability.
- Date change will be available for just one time.
- GST amount is not refundable.

Below 7 days or NO Show: NO cancellation or Date Change possible. NO SHOW means Guest not checked-in within 04:00 pm of C/in date without any information.
- Cancellation During Stay : NO Changes can be done after check in. Full amount will be charged in this case.
- If the cancellation happens due to CoViD lockdown or related circumstances, we provide a 1 Year credit of that booking amount from the booking date.
- We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings canceled within 60 minutes of creating the same booking. Any amount paid will be refunded.
- For WBTDCL & WBFDC property bookings cancellation will be done according to their policy.
- For special discounted tariff/special package we don't provide any type of refund. Only Date change is possible after deducting 5% of booking amount.
- Any government property cancellation will be done as per their own policy. Know the policy from TRP before booking.
